DocChecker checks Word documents against a set of rules to highlight any problems with the formatting and use of styles sometimes hidden in the document.

When using document templates for creating your documents it is very easy to copy incorrect styles, page sizing etc from other documents. With DocChecker, you can create a profile for each of your document formats and DocChecker will analyse a given document (or multiple documents) and highlight where the rules have been broken and apply corrections where possible.

A report of the findings is produced and may be exported to CSV or HTML.
